Like they say somewhere: “It’s no use crying over melted ice.”

Well, you won’t see us shedding any tears as winter ends and spring begins. If anything, we’ll be shedding clothing layers for the start of ball hockey season, baby!

Wednesday nights will continue to be hockey night in Winthrop, baller style. All players will be drafted onto teams, the same as in the MHL, and games will be played 4 vs. 4, cross rink with shooter tutors.

The six-week Spring League runs from April 10 - May 22, with a one week break mid-May for the rink staff to install the new multi-sport court surface. Championships will be the first-ever games played on the new surface!
